What we collect through this website

  • Your email address, when you join our launch list.
  • A record of your consent: the date and time you signed up and confirmed, and the confirmation step itself, recorded by our email provider.
  • Technical data: our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security for 30 days. To stop abuse of the sign-up form we keep a one-way hashed (not readable) form of your IP address and email address for up to 24 hours.

How and why we use it

We use your email address to send you news about the GYMZEEK launch, new products and offers. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on our form and confirming by email. We use technical data to keep the website secure, on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

We will not sell your data or add you to any other mailing list without your consent.

Who we share it with

Our mailing list is managed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which acts as our data processor and stores data in the European Union. The UK recognises the EU as providing adequate data protection.

Our emails may use Brevo's open and click tracking to tell us whether emails are opened and links clicked.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you never confirm your subscription, Brevo discards the unconfirmed request.
